Delphi Housing Inc. is a small, forty-one-unit, housing community nestled in the quaint little town of Delphi Indiana. Located just a few blocks away from the charming downtown area where you can find some good food, a local grocery, and several small businesses. Delphi Housing is part of the USDA Rural Development housing program, serving the elderly, and people with disabilities. We offer low-income housing for adults who are 62 years of age and older, and/or those who are disabled. All of our apartments are one-bedroom and are non-smoking. There are some amenities available to its residents including 2 laundry room areas and a rentable recreation room with kitchen access for hosting a few extra guests.

Income-based rental assistance is available to those who qualify and rent will be determined after the submission and review of your application.
