• The application is a fillable PDF. You can print it and fill it out, or you can fill it out on your computer and print it.

• After filling out the application you can mail it to the main office at: 637 N. Market St., Delphi, IN 46923

• There is a $39 application fee which can be paid with check or money order. Please include the payment with the application.

• Once Delphi Housing has received your application, we will notify you in 10 business days to let you know if you will be accepted on our waiting list.
