Standard Rent is $485 per month, with no assistance. Government assistance is available and will be determined after submission of the application. Water, sewage, and trash are included. Tennent is responsible for electric. Internet, tv, and phone service are available if desired.

Damage deposit is $400.00, and a single small pet is allowed with a $400 pet deposit and a signed pet agreement.
